I'm currently a Junior at MCC, but will soon be transferring to Methodist Womens College in the spring 2011 majoring in nursing. GPA 3.3 I have no degrees at the moment, however I do have my CNA liscense.
Experience
I have previous tutoring experience from when I was a Girl Scout troop leader, as well as when I participated in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program. I want to be a tutor because I know how to explain subjects very well to students,allowing them the ability to fully grasp the concept and utilize their knowledge. From a personal standpoint I can fully say that I know what its like to feel out of the loop in class which is I make tutoring personal. Unlike other tutors I go the extra mile to help students accomplish their assignments and fully learn the material in order to do it themselves. All of the classes I've listed are relevant for junior high and high school students, from algebra, statistics, to many more .
